Open Lab Hours & Pricing for Orem, UT
A true family affair, Open Lab invites young and old alike to explore our lab and conduct their choice of experiments from the Little Beakers Procedures Book. Together, families can have fun creating and testing polymers, create volcano-like reactions and explosions, observe the physical effects of rockets and tornadoes, and more!
Up to 30 experiments to choose from at six different lab stations. Step by step instructions along with all needed equipment and materials are provided.
This is a self-guided service. Active adult participation is required.
Appointments are strongly recommended, but are not required. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a space available basis.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 12 PM - 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM
Tuesday and Sunday: CLOSED
Special Hours
Monday, May 27th: CLOSED

Open Lab Pricing
1 hour lab - $20.00 / child *
2.5 hour lab - $30.00 / child *
Children under two get in FREE, when accompanying at least one paying child.
Up to two adults per paid child entry are permitted entry FREE! **
Memberships include one 1-hour lab session per day per member child for FREE. Learn more and purchase memberships here.
* Anyone 2 - 16 years old is considered a child and must pay the above rates to enter the lab.
** Additional adults in the party require a separate appointment and will be charged at the above rates.

Open Lab Punch Pass certificates are available for 5 or 10 1-hr Open Lab appointments. You can use all of your punches during a single visit (space available) or spread them out over multiple visits, you decide!
